PRACTICE NEWS: SPRING 14
Fund Raising Events: 3 intrepid members of our clinical team are undertaking endurance events for charity this spring; Dr Wentel and Sister Libby Collinson are running the London Marathon in aid of the Oswestry Bone Cancer Centre and NSPCC respectively and Dr Bailey is cycling from London to Paris in May in aid of Phase Worldwide, a charity supporting health and education for isolated communities in Nepal.
More details of their events can be found in the Newsletter for March 14 (see link under Patient Information).
If you would like to sponsor any or all 3 of our fearless clinicians please ask at reception for a sponsor form or search for Jim Wentel or Jennie Bailey on the just giving website to donate on line: www.justgiving.com. Your support is very much appreciated.
THANK YOU to the Practice Support Group who, as a result of their funding raising activities over the past year, have raised sufficient money to be able to purchase two ambulatory blood pressure monitors for use by patients to record blood pressure over a 24 hour period. Thank you also to families of patients who have donated funds and to Barclays Bank for supporting the last coffee morning held by the support group.
Patient Survey Results - thank you for participating in our 13/14 patient questionnaire, the results are being collated and will be presented to the Patients' Voice in February and available to view on our website in March.
The practice would like to thank the various advertisers who have helped to produce this Website. However, it must be pointed out that the accuracy of any statements cannot be warranted, nor any products or services advertised, be guaranteed or endorsed.
